Depending on the project task, i.e., specification of the input material as well as amount and type of pollution, MAPA ReTech offers a proprietary recycling concept for the treatment of waste PET bottles. Whether the material is reused for the production of food packaging (food and beverages) or as fibers in the textile industry, our recycling solutions are efficient and cost-effective. MAPA ReTech debaler openers are robust, heavy duty designed machines with a high throughput of up to 6 t/h. Furthermore, MAPA ReTech granulators have a system for force ‘feeding’ machines, ensuring larger capacities. The rotor design and optimal housing geometry guarantee an extremely high-quality fraction with a minimal formation of fine particles in the grinding process.
